CILT Uganda Next Generation engages academia at Nkumba University Annual Dinner

CILT Uganda – Next Generation participated in the Nkumba University School of Business Administration (SBA) Annual Dinner on 26th September 2026 at Emperor Hotel, Kisubi, under the theme “Diversity with Opportunity”.

The event brought together students, academics, industry professionals and other stakeholders for an evening of engagement, networking and knowledge exchange. It provided an opportunity to strengthen the connection between academia and industry while highlighting the importance of diversity, collaboration and professional development in shaping the future of the transport, logistics and supply chain profession.

University engagement is an important part of CILT Uganda – Next Generation’s efforts to inspire and support emerging professionals. Platforms such as the SBA Annual Dinner provide opportunities for students to gain exposure to industry perspectives, connect with professionals and better understand career pathways within the transport, logistics and supply chain sector.
